The Challenge

Procurement Sciences had a great product and a nearly silent brand. When we started in October 2025, they had 36 YouTube subscribers, zero TikTok presence, and monthly views you could count by hand. They didn't need more content. They needed a strategy.

The Strategy

We built a video-first content ecosystem: one central production engine feeding five distinct platforms, each with its own role. YouTube became the university. LinkedIn became the B2B boardroom. TikTok became the discovery engine. Every platform had a purpose. Nothing was an afterthought. We produced 129 videos in six months and positioned CEO Christian Ferreira not just as a founder, but as the defining voice of AI in government contracting.

Kanbar Digital x Natural Products Expo West — Anaheim Convention Center, 2026

The Challenge

Every agency booth at Natural Products Expo West looks the same. A banner, a pitch, and the hope that foot traffic becomes pipeline. For most of them, it doesn't. Kanbar Digital wanted to stand out. We asked a different question: what can you give someone before they've decided whether to trust you?

The Idea

We turned a standard 10x10 booth in Hall C into a fully operational short-form video production studio. The offer to every brand on the floor: walk in, tell us about your product, and walk away with a finished video you can use anywhere — social, paid ads, retail buyer decks, investor pitches. No invoice. No pitch buried in the experience. Just a finished asset, delivered free.

The gift had to be real. A single well-produced video can serve as the backbone of an entire go-to-market content strategy for an early-stage brand. That's the level of value we delivered — on the spot, at scale, in three days.

What Happened

Day 1 humbled us. No signage, and nobody was stopping. We tested every CTA — free video, free photo, free UGC. None of it was cutting through. The bigger obstacle: most founders are terrified of being on camera. So we adapted. If you're not comfortable, we'll do it for you.

That night we printed 'FREE PRODUCT VIDEO' in large letters and taped it to a light stand. Day 2, there was an actual queue. By Day 3, one supplement founder told us his biggest competitor was the one who had pointed him our way.
